A week ago, we posted a weblog on “ 7 Reasons Pastoring is Harder Today .†That post gained traction – after which forced me to think about whether it’s more challenging to be a church user today than it absolutely was once I began ministry 35+ years ago. I do believe it most likely is much more today that is difficult and check out explanations why:
- Members understand a lot of stories of dropped church leaders. The web hasn’t aided right here. Problems are actually more general public, and so appear a lot more typical. It is tough to trust church leaders and churches once you wonder if/when their leaders, too, will fall.
