AG Sues Merchant advance loan organizations for ‘Cheating’ organizations Out of Millions

Nyc Attorney General Letitia James announced yesterday that she had been suing three vendor advance loan businesses for presumably money that is loaning smaller businesses at “astronomically high rates of interest,” re charging undisclosed fees, withdrawing “excess amounts” from clients’ bank records and extracting cash judgements from companies by filing false affidavits in court.

Three businesses, Richmond Capital Group , Ram Capital Funding and Viceroy Capital Funding , had been called within the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday.
